Booking Terms & Conditions for Clients

Please pay on the day of treatment to avoid $10 per month account keeping fees – payment is made easy with touch payments available for Health Funds and credit/debit cards.

Overdue accounts may be sent to a debt collection agency to retrieve fees. In which case the responsible party will be liable for all costs and commissions associated with fee collection.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to attend your appointment we request you give us up to 24 hours notice to avoid FULL fees being charged.

Telehealth:

Telehealth consults are payable in full prior to the Telehealth session. An invoice will be emailed to you afterwards.

If you are unable to attend your Telehealth session we request you give us up to 24 hours notice to avoid FULL fees being charged.

Home Visits:

Home Visits are payable in full prior to the Home Visit. An invoice will be emailed to you afterwards.

If you need to cancel your home visit we request you give us up to 24 hours notice to avoid FULL fees being charged.
