Sandringham Sports Physio will help improve your mobility and lifestyle with our “Fit for Ages” program.

Our 45-minute exercise classes are run within our clinic by our physiotherapists. (Private Health Insurance rebates may apply).

THE CLASS INCORPORATES A MIXTURE OF

  • Resistance Training

  • Pilates Stability Exercises

  • Gentle Cardiovascular Activities

YOUR PROGRAM WILL BE BASED AROUND YOUR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS

This class provides the individual with the benefits of improved confidence, balance & strength. Our classes will help to improve your quality of life and independence.

Prior to attending the class each participant will undergo an individual assessment, inclusive of a thorough medical, musculoskeletal and falls history.

To maintain health and reduce the risk of health problems the National Physical Activity Guidelines for Adults recommends 30 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity on most, preferably all days. Are you having difficulty achieving this? Then these classes are for you!
