In order to provide a home visit we required another person to be present in your home during the home visit.

After sending this message, a member of the team will contact you shortly to organise the home visit as well as payment beforehand.

Important Updates on COVID-19

If ANY of the following points apply to you, please refrain from entering our facility until you have received a medical clearance, and/or waited the mandatory 2 week (self-isolation) period: Experiencing cold/flu-like symptoms inclusive of:

Fever
Cough
Sore throat
Lethargy/fatigue
Shortness of breath

Measures we are taking at SSP:

Keeping up to date with best practice to prevent the spread of the virus.
As per usual, we wash hands between all patients.
Sanitising benches, massage beds and Pilates equipment after each use.
Supplying hand sanitiser and gloves for those who wish to use/wear them during treatments/classes.

These guidelines have been put in place to protect us all after considering medical advice from WHO and the Department of Health.
